My original florist had suddenly dropped out but when I found Kim she made everything stress free and she was willing to help me! We kept in regular contact all the way up to the wedding day and she made my vision of my flowers come to life. I loved how she always gave her honest opinion and was always suggesting different ideas on what would work better. On my wedding day she made sure everything was perfect and moved my flowers from the ceremony room to the wedding breakfast room. She even offered to make sure all of the other arrangements (put out by the staff) were also perfect. Throughout the whole experience I felt as if I was treated as a friend rather than a customer.
